- How long does a custom order take to be made/ship?

  • 5-8 weeks usually, depending on our current order list

- Why does it take so long?!

  • Well... we're real people with normal life stuff like laundry, cooking, and the like. Plus, usually we have 40-80 completely custom one-of-a-kind tumblers in queue so with 3-6 layers of design elements and epoxy times forty, it takes a hot minute!

- How much will my custom dream cup cost??

  • Our prices are flat rate for ANY design and goes based on cup size/style. Prices range from $50-86 plus shipping and handling. That means we're a little pricy for a simple ombre but a great deal for that hand-painted crazy ambitious cup you've been cooking up. Either way, they're both the same price and will both turn out amazing!

- Why so expensive? I've seen tumblers for $25 on Facebook...?

  • Not to toot the Sparkle Sloth horn BUT we're really good at this. Our pricing covers the time (usually 4-16 hours hands on) and supplies that go into crafting the perfect cup for you. We also heavily support other artists and small businesses by purchasing designs we don't make ourselves, premium artwork, designer fonts, and more. Each and every element of your cup is handcrafted. We know you have a lot of options when choosing your cup maker and we appreciate you picking us!

- Is there any way to get a better deal?

  • By shopping our site for Finished Tumblers, they're usually discounted from our custom prices according to design complexity. We run sales occasionally and you can sign up for our Sloth Bucks Loyalty Program to get rewards and discounts.

- 8 weeks? But what about Christmas shopping?!

  • We plan on having a ton of new designs and completely restocking the site in time for you to get the perfect gift in case you miss our Christmas custom cut-off date.

- How long does shipping for Finished Tumblers take?

  • It depends if you add personalization but generally they will ship within 7 business days. If you need it sooner, please add a note at checkout and we'll do everything possible to make it happen.

- What if I'm ordering as a gift for someone?

  • We offer free gift wrap and a handwritten note! Add your gift note in the notes at checkout and we can ship it directly to the gift recipient!

- Do you have a youtube channel so I can make my own and learn your techniques?

  • No. We don't have the time to commit to recording, editing, and compiling tutorials. Plus, it would take away from making tumblers which is really our favorite part!

- Are you looking for influencers/brand ambassadors?

  • Not at this time. Due to the work involved in creating each tumbler, we do not offer free products in exchange for reviews, posts, or tags.
